Services for Landlords - Specialist Insurances

In January 2005 new  legislation came into force which meant that letting agents could not offer insurances in the way that they had done previously.

Copleys  decided to become licensed under the FSA  to ensure a proper service to our Landlords and our Tenants. This entailed key staff training in our insurance products and becoming "Approved Persons" under the act.

This means that we can deal with Landlords and tenants directly about the insurance products that we are able to offer. It also means that in the event of a claim,we are also able to handle this for you.

The insurances that we offer are specialist policies that are designed for the owners of rented property. They cover building, contents and rental guarantee policies. All of these policies are administered by Letusre, who provide specialist solution for the lettings market.
